Refund and Returns Policy

World Changer Softtech > Refund and Returns Policy

At World Changer Softtech, we strive to deliver high-quality IT solutions, software development, and digital services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is requested. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Our services include software development, web design, digital marketing, and IT consulting. Since these are intangible and custom-built digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A refund request must be made within 2 days of project initiation or service purchase.
  • If no significant work has been completed or delivered, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Once project planning, development, or resource allocation has begun, refunds are generally not applicable.
  • If the service is terminated by mutual agreement, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on the work completed.
  • We provide only one month of service only and after that its payable.

2. Product-Based Refunds (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes digital products (like software, scripts, or templates):

  • Refunds are only available if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Customers must report any issue within 5 days of purchase with proof of defect.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products, once downloaded or accessed, refunds will not be issued.

3. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a service before development begins and receive a full or partial refund, depending on resource allocation.
  • Once the project moves into the design, development, or implementation phase, no cancellation or full refund can be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Completed and delivered services that meet agreed specifications.

Change of mind after project confirmation.

Delay in client communication or approvals.

Issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers.
